First communication and events organization society in Italy to receive the UNI ISO 20121 certification, working in the Professional Congress Organization sector since more than 25 years, it decided to choose a sustainable managment methos for the events in compliance with the ISO 20121 Certification principles (SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT), it guarantees the reduction of the environmental impact and the ehancement of ethical, social and economic benefits linked to the events.
The perceived quality analysis is a very important evaluation that we probe at the end of any event.To the learners is given a questionnaire to evaluate the characterizing elements of the event (relations and presented subject quality, secretariat activity, location, various services, etc.). Generally the questionnaire includes closed questions with numerical evaluation and open questions to give the opportunity to espress a "descriptive" evaluation. The answers with numerical indication can be the base to define the achievement of KPI that the customer dedice to realise the event.
Generally before every formative event we define, together with the customer, the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that he wants to achieve and as a consequence we plan and develop the event aimed to the achievement of clear targets.
The achievement of the fixed factors determines the success or the failure of the event and they can influence the future dynamics, especially for the repeated events on different dates, where the first date could give the drivers for the KPI achievement on the next dates.
