381 Histories to Taste Restaurant is managed since 2009 by the Social Cooperative "Il Germoglio" Soc. Coop ONLUS born in Ferrara in 1991. 381 is the number of a law that regulates the social cooperatives and considers the disadvantaged people work integration.

We offer, in addition to the catering service at our restaurant, a catering service outside the restaurant thanks to the organization too, with an easy but with attention to details preparation, with coffee break, lunches, dinners, aperitifs with buffet perfect for different occasions such as inaugurations, weddings, birthdays, conventions, workshops, and much more.
Our coffee break can include trais filled with mixed salty appetizer by our own production and/or trais filled with mignon sweet pastry by our own production, tea and coffee, water, mixed fruit juices.

For lunches, dinners and aperitifs we make available trais filled with mix salty apetizers by our own production, oven pan with first courses, main courses with side dish, trais filled with sweet mignon pastry. Drinks.

Preparation with tablecloths and disposable or bio-compostable materials (flatware and iron cutlery possible on agreement). Disassemly, empty containers pick up and inserting recycable materials into appropriate receptacles. Our qualified staff is available for you to be served.

We can realize and serve up to 200 people.

All the menus are agreed with the customer and we can answer to specific nourish needs that will be told us promptly.

Cutlery, tablecloth, accessories, equipment and transfer included.

It is possible to realise dishes on site, with kitchen and suitable tools.
